Because we offer our services at a flat rate, regardless of the complexity of your order, process times will range from 72-96 business hours.  Rush processing ( <24 hrs) is available for an additional $9.99 per order.  Contact us if you wish to rush process your order.

All communication between our clients and writers is done via e-mail.  Once your order is complete, we will e-mail it to you in either Word .doc or PDF format, or both!.

No, we don’t use templates for our resumes. Yes, it will be unique. Each resume is personally crafted to best showcase your specific skills and talents.

Nope!  Considering that our prices are in the range of 15-25% of what a typical revision costs with most resume writing services, one might guess that we’d charge full-price for any changes.  In contrast, we offer revisions for up a period of up to one year, with a maximum of three employment or educational additions/changes, for only $9.99 (per revision).

We use PayPal to process all of our payments.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase items from us.

However, if you do have a PayPal account, you can conveniently pay using your account balance or an e-check.

PayPal utilizes industry-leading security and fraud-prevention systems to keep your information safe and, beyond that, they don’t share your financial information with us.  This protects both our customers and us from any act of fraud.

We are headquartered in Austin, Texas. Unfortunately, we don’t currently possess the time or resources necessary to openly advertise in-person consultations. However, if you are located in the Austin area and would like to schedule a personal consultation, contact us for a quote and we’ll try to work something out.
